There are no songs similar to Teddybears' Cobrastyle (note that I am judging similarities by the sounds and overall feel of the music, not length, artist, or genre) that I know of that are royalty free.
But last time I checked, you can use 10% of any song in your videos or whatever you are making without having written permission from the artist. However, you must still cite that you used the song somewhere in the video, video description, presentation, etc.
Songs that I have found to be similar to this, but not royalty free (that I know of) are listed below:
1. Jerk it Out by Caesars
2. Different Sound by Teddybears
3. Action Theme by Tim Jones (Note that this song was actually a remix of Cobrastyle made for the TV show, Chuck, and is not called anything but "Action Theme" or "Cobrastyle Remix," so it may be a little hard to find. I suggest using YouTube to find it.
4. Stand Up by The Prodigy
5. An Honest Mistake by The Bravery
6. Blue Monday by Orgy (Note that this is a remake of the original song, Blue Monday by New Order, but Orgy put its own twist on it and to me, it sounds similar to Cobrastyle.)
7. At the Dentist's by Teddybears (This may be a bit of a stretch to say it's similar to Cobrastyle, but I had to include it.)
8. Chelsea Dagger by The Fratellis (This is similar in that it is upbeat and it's got that "fun" kind of vibe goin' on that Cobrastyle has.)
9. Connected by Stereo MC's
10. Gone Daddy Gone by Gnarls Barkley
11. We Are All Made of Stars by Moby
12. Extreme Ways (or virtually any remixes of this song) by Moby
13. Praise You by Fatboy Slim
14. Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is by Jet
15. Rocket Scientist by Teddybears
16. Standing Outside a Broken Phone Booth With Money in my Hand by Primitive Radio Gods (this is only if you're looking for purely instrumental similarities as this song's rhythm and sound is subject to little change and is repeated throughout most if not the entire song.)
17. Weapon of Choice by Fatboy Slim
18. Tied Up by Yello
19. Oh Yeah by Yello
20. Tukka Yoot's Riddim by Us3
21. Walkin' on the Sun by Smash Mouth
22. The Geeks Were Right by Does it Offend You, Yeah?
23. Short Skirt/Long Jacket by Cake
24. Cantaloop (Flip Fantasia) by Us3
I apologize for the long list, but most if not all of these are very similar to Cobrastyle if you compare the rhythms, instrumental sounds, and beats. Sorry to say there's little to no gibberish in these like there is in Cobrastyle. :P
