There are many anime that feature two gay guys. These anime are categorized as Shounen-ai, Boy's Love, BL, or Yaoi. To name a few there is Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi, Junjou Romantica, Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru as well as Gakuen Heaven. However, there are animes that do feature gay guys that do not fall under that category. An example would be Card Captor Sakura where Yukito has admitted to liking Touya (and there is quite a bit of proof that Touya likes him back)
Chobits, Junjou Romantica, Rumbling Hearts, Honey and clover, Saikano, Kanon, Boys Be, green Green, and Peach Girl. That's all i know.

Just to be clear I have not seen the Junjou romantica anime, or any of the following animes, I have only read the mangas. If you mean similar as in other yaoi (because I know yaoi mangas that get adapted are sort of rare) , there's a new anime coming out called Love Stage! as well as the Dramatical murder anime, though I'm not sure exactly how explicit the "scenes"*winkwink* will be. An older anime would be loveless, again not sure exactly how... dirty? it is.
Shotalicious.org is a good site that shows Shota and Yaoi (or "Gay") anime for free. No signing up, either. They're even showing Junjou Romantica, updated every Thursday, among other good yaoi anime. The site also offers pictures, as well.

At the time the anime series was made, the Fruits Basketmanga was still ongoing and not nearly as long as it ended up being; thus, they could not adapt the full series as they did not have a full series to work with. Furthermore the animation production company that handled the Fruits Basket anime, Studio DEEN, have a tendency to only adapt the initial stages of manga series, sometimes continuing in sequel seasons; such is the case with Vampire Knight and Junjou Romantica. This could be for any number of reasons, including the cancellation of sequels due to lack of interest or profit. However, this is only speculation.
My favourites are, in no paticular order ... kare kano(cute, good development) bokura ga ita (super cute, sad ending) peach girl (really good, lots of romance) ouran high school host club(funny, romantic, wish there was more development though) fruits basket(funny, romatic, quite wierd though) special a(quite good, got some fighting in it) my no.1 is : junjou romantica(yaoi, be warned)
A list of entertaining animes includes Gravitation, Bottle Fairy, Air, Blood+, Clannad, Fruits Baske, Junjo Romantica, Kanon 2006, Loveless, Myself Yourself, and many more.
