No, but i hope there is going to be because there are a lot of things that aren't answered yet like: Maka transforms in a weapon like thing and Kid's new attack that he shoots at asura and Maka's mother.. so maybe there s going to be a season 2... but i dont now this for sure...

yes their is a season 2 of blood plus their are actually four seasons with each season ranging from 11-13 episodes altogether adding up to the entire 50 episodes of the series usually their is not much that will happen to differentiate seasons but they always have a new beginning and ending theme song, this is the best way to know when a season has changed, also i wasnt sure i think you might be thinking part two instead of season two because i know they released the series in smaller parts and then a box set called part one which is episodes 1-25 and so far their has been no official announcement of part two (which would be 26-25) so if that what you meant keep your fingers crossed for a late 2009/early 2010 release date

There is no word as to more episodes being produced, but the press release makes it sound as if in 2012 this is all that's planned.

Trigun season 1 was completed like a decade ago, so I highly doubt it. as awesome as Vash the stampede is season two is probably never going to happen
