Is there a fight between Goku and Naruto?

Most people believe that goku would win by going into super sayain and use spirit bomb, but there are those who argue naruto can go into tailed form mixed with toad sage mode and win and also happen to be stupid. It would not be a very close match, in fact it would be a stomp.

Well to put it more politly, how naruto currently is now in the manga, is far and below the power level of Master roshi. it took old man roshi a power level of 139 to completly eradicate a moon with his full power. If i'd have to give the current naruto a power level it'd be 83, with the eight tailed kyuubi he was able to escape, but not completly destroy a miniture moon, let's keep in mind that this is naruto in eight tails who escaped. naruto without transformations is far weaker by leagues, at least an 33 in DBZ power levels. goku can destroy a planet without exausting much of his energy, take that as you will.
