You can find this under the 'appearance' tab.In filezilla open the public_html folder or the www folder (which ever is your main site directory).Then open wp-content >themes> and the theme that is active.The PHP and CSS files are in there.Note: Wordpress suggests you make a custom theme or a child theme as apposed to editing a themes files directly.Also you can edit the same files markup in your dashboard under 'appearence > edit'
