Obviously: Buy one ticket with your chosen numbers, and add a lucky dip. The lucky dip numbers will be either 2 digits up or down from your chosen numbers. Add a 2nd lucky dip to prove that what you have just read is true, for these numbers will again be either 2 up or two down, proving that, at least, the lucky dip is fixed.

Not so obvuious: Gases in ping pong balls can be manipulated by the temperature in a room, which would differ from temperature in the 'ball' the ping pong balls are placed. Some bring lighter than air changes using helium, explaining how some balls appear to 'fly' or stay at the top, while heavier gases bring your winning numbers to you, such as...

[EDIT: The National Lottery 'Ping-Pong balls' are not hollow entities. They are made from a solid latex rubber. Therefore any theory on them being filled with 'gasses' is not valid. If they were 'Ping-Pong balls' they would regularly dent, crack or split-open in the machine.]

Think balast, and you know how it's done.. What say you that the balls should be bought randomly from a shop chosen at random, with numbers written on them and inserted immediatly before the draw?

Not so much morals have those goy people...

[EDIT: Lotteries make their money as a percentage of ticket sales and not from the payout of the given lottery like a casino would. This means that there is no point in fixing the lottery as it makes no difference to overall ticket sales.]
