The original group of players retired or left by early 2009, except for three holdovers. The band was reconstituted with new players and the current group has been together for over a year with only one additional change at gu zheng. The band enters 2013 in the middle of a tour in China consisting of about two dozen concerts in a five week period.
The official 12 Girls Band web site lists a U.S. tour scheduled to start in March 2013. There are no cities or dates listed. There has been mention by management in previous years about U.S. tours with nothing happening, but this is the first time a U.S. tour has been listed in an officially sanctioned web site. There seems to be a strong possibility of a tour finally taking place. This will be a wait and see situation.

That's perfectly alright. Girls get their period at different ages, and 12 is nearly too late. On average, girls get it when they're about 12.5, which means some get it a little earlier, and some a little later than that.
Twelve is not a verb and does not have a past tense.
