Well tenten's abilitys are good, but her abilities often arent needed
When u think about it she is the only long range fighter in her team, neji and lee are close range, so that help her team out on long and mid range fighting.
her abilitys really are summoning weapons, but her skills with weapons are amazing, according to her comrades she can hit 100 out of 100 targets, now u have to admit thats really impressive.
So is tenten weak? not really, her abilities just arent always needed
She is tied with Choji if you look at stats. Come to think of it, she isn't that weak that she would just stand there and hope that everything is going to be okay, she usually participates in battles together with her teammates. Same goes for Choji.
