You're close.. I think. There's an awesome anime called Eden of the East where the catch phrase of sorts is noblesse oblige, and everyone should watch it. There's a Korean manwha called Noblesse that probably won't be turned into an anime any time in the near future. If these are not what you're looking for, than no, there is no anime (or manga or manhwa) named Noblesse Oblige currently in existence (as far as I know - and I've read/watched thousands of these things).
