Many asian- and not only korean- idols are very comfortable with touching their bandmates. It is solely skinship for fanservice, and while fans tend to ship their favorite and closest idols together, not a single K-Pop idol has come out to be gay.

Just in the specific case of KHJ though, as a part of SS501, being the maknae, he was always treated like the baby of the group and was close with the members- especially Park Jungmin. While this close bond did exist, Kim Hyung Jun is not gay~

He even had a racy bed scene with a woman in his drama 'She's Completely Insane.
