She was raised Seventh-Day Adventist (her father was a missionary), but it seems she no longer practices her family's religion as it is very much against her current lifestyle. SDA's don't approve of tattoos, drinking, jewelry, heavy metal music, or religious iconography (all of which she obviously partakes in).

However, she used to list "The Bible" on her favorite books in her MySpace profile as recently as a few years ago, although we don't know if she refers to it in a literary or a spiritual way. She might take a more "spiritual but not religious" approach to life, but we can't know for sure unless she talks about the issue herself.
