Is it OK to wear pajama pants and no underwear Like not with jeans cause its just like a night thing and its like just wearing boxers at night but a t-shirt with pants with no undergarments under it?

I do that all the time. Its just a natural, more comfortable thing to do. For girls, it helps the vaginal area breathe and prevent infections.
