I'm pretty sure he does smoke cigarettes and pot, because in his NEWEST CD there's lines that go "I've been smokin' cigarettes since I was only 14" Then in the second verse it says "I've been smoking the green since I was meerly 16" So because it says "I've been" instead of "I was" I would put that as still smoking.
