On the Rock's autobiography, he had written that a lot of the superstars are friends and rarely are enemies. He also stated that they decide who wins the matches before they are shown on TV. However, some of the Wrestling isn't. maybe sometimes, punches and kicks could be fake, but things like getting thrown on to a concrete floor backstage or falling down a flight of stairs during a match are real, even if they are planned. also moves like Evan Bourne's finisher aren't camera tricks, WWE have never ever used camera tricks and I know this through research. finally its the muscles, trust me if you used steroids then you would be FIRED.
