Tzuvial is summoned by any angel, demon, abraxis', humans, aliens etc. then delivers the message. In humans, Tzuvial makes you really sleepy, and delivers the message in a dream- but not any dream. It's delivered in a nonrem state, what we know as hypnic jerk. Once the message is delivered, the message, who you are and where you are are wiped from Tzuvial's memory. If you do not remember the message, it may be delivered again. All you have to do is dream.
