Who says he's a conservative? What proof is there? Just because he plays a cowboy in the movies doesn't mean he's a conservative in real life. If anything, his open criticism of the religious right, and other comments he's made over the years, paint him to be more liberal than conservative. He and wife Katharine Ross have also lived in Malibu California, hardly a conservative hotbed. Let's see some real proof before we go spouting conjecture and ill-founded ASSumptions. What little evidence there is, does not point to his being conservative in any way whatsoever.

Sam Elliott clarified that the voice heard in the Biden ad was actually that of liberal impressionist Frank Caliendo. He also stated emphatically that he is 100% pro-Trump - therefore he is a conservative.

He is as liberal as they come. W hy his picture is used to

post anti liberal messages. Seems to me he would object but I guess he

has better things to do. I know he said he doesn't like Trump like all the Hollywood

crowd.
