Well the current game everybodoy is call Revolution 4 that actually is called Naruto Shippuden Gekitou Ninja Taisen Special (or Naruto Shippuden Clash of Ninja Special in english translation) that released in December 2 2010 is a Japanese exclusive but for the upcomming game that is rumored to come between October and December 2011 will have English audio and translation and it is speculated to have a Japanese voice track for the characters.
But we haven't heard anything from Tomy or Nintendo so we will have to wait and see
