It's not Mona because in the episode "Touch be an A-angel" she was with Hanna the whole time and that same episode -A was back at Rosewood giving Emily a massage, therefore Mona can not be at 2 places at once. It might be a group thing, but only 1 A you got to think about all of this. she already played her part as -A, but their is a new -A and its Lucas.

mona is not a because during the season 2 and 3 she kidnapped spencer ladida yah yah and then at the end you see someone with a red coat talking to mona. there is a a team! my friend read the books and said that alison had a twin sister? i believe that because from the special halloween episode when alison was telling a story to a little girl about a sister and how she killed her other sister (flash back). and remember that all of the 4 girls were wondering why alison was going to all of these places at once!o mona really cares but i think she is being threatened by someone who is making all of this. today i watched a preview of mona of the season 3 season finale and it showed mona on the phone with someone and the person on the phone was giving out orders. here is a little secret:
