No he is not. The company who made that movie had an incorrect representation of that character of Jojo. Jojo is supposed to be a cute little boy who is always talkative and thinking, not a (supposedly) shy, gothic, almost rude boy. Also, they represented Jojo as being too old. He is supposed to be aged 6-12. If you would like to see a correct representation of Jojo, find a performance of Seussical the Musical in your area and go to see it.
Yes, yes and double yes!

JomanceYou R totally right. I love him too. ButterscotchwmHow can you NOT love JoJo???!!Actually, Jesse McCartney is Jojo in voice. but unfortunately we didn't hear Jesse.
I can't tell you exactly why everyone likes Jojo so much but i can tell you why i think everyone likes him so much. First of all Jojo is super cute looking, much like all the other Whos. Second of all his hair is the cutest because it has that emo/scene look. Third of all he is silent throughout the whole movie until the end when he finally talks, which is the word "Yopp". And finally he is the only boy in a family of girls. The list can keep going but I will stop. :)
