No. This man has nothing to do with Gold City! He is some pitiful guy who is unaware of how terrible he sings. Unfortunately, he sings a lot of songs that Gold City has sung over the years. But, he sounds nothing like Gold City! He is sadly horrible. Please, don't associate him with Gold City! He has sung on stage with them, like during a free-for-all, open-to-anybody section of a concert. But, they would never have him sing with them professionally.
