No such character exists on Family Guy
"Funny" is too subjective to really provide a definitive answer for this question. It simply depends on your sensibilities, taste and what you find funny. Now if 20 people vote Family Guy & 10 vote Futurama, it could suggest that Family Guy is preferred over Futurama but that still doesn't necessarily mean it IS funnier.
Flintstones, Felix the Cat, Futurama, Family Guy,

kind of... no nudity or anything like drug use or "dirty scenes", its pg-13 for a reason as it is a really intelligent show like The Simpsons or South Park (yes really) just the show has a mean humor from the robot and stuff but its cleaner than say Family guy is lately. I recommend it honestly.
