Yes, most likely. I did a Google search and on the first page found four websites that state he is a vegetarian. They are music.ndtv.com, www.ivu.org, al.godsdirectcontact.org.tw and www.detox.net.au. But, by the same token, I read he's done this advertising deal with McDonald's. That though doesn't necessarily mean he's a meat eater. Some vegetarians would probably advertise meat products for money and then use that money to help promote vegetarianism. And just maybe he's planning to promote only their meat-free options like salad and fries. Anyway he comes across as a gentle soul, so that's an indication that he could very well be vegetarian

Justin Bieber is not a vegetarian. He does not love animals enough to care about their suffering, therefore, he does not abstain from chewing on their dead carcasses.
