No Bret is not bald. He was asked this on the show Rock of Love by one of the dads and he took off his bandanna and said "sir I have all of my hair, the hats and bandanna's are part of my image."
He was shown many times without anything on his head, it IS indeed his hair. I cannot believe people are obsessed over his hair.
