If our throat ever hurts when you sing, you are dong something very wrong, and running a distinct risk of ruining your voice - not just for singing, for regular speaking too. Please talk with a good voice teacher, or someone you know who has had vocal training, and try to find out what you are doing wrong.
I don't know, but she talks from the back of her throat. So annoying. I can't believe someone with a voice like that could get hired for commercials.

The voice box is medial in the throat,
In the throat, you can find structures such as the larynx (voice box), pharynx (throat cavity), epiglottis (flap that covers the trachea during swallowing), tonsils, and vocal cords. It also serves as a passageway for food and air.
It does not ruin your voice, when done properly. You are supposed to use your diaphragm when screaming, not your throat. To use your diaphragm, when you breath in your stomach area grows larger, not your upper chest area. If you use your throat, it will result in callousing your vocal chords and you will lose your voice. If done correctly, it will have no effect on you whatsoever.
To lower your pitch voice, try speaking from your chest rather than your throat, speak slowly and deliberately, and practice breathing deeply to help support your voice. You may also consider working with a vocal coach to develop techniques for achieving a lower pitch voice.
The gecko is the only lizard that has a voice. They are able to produce sounds by using vocal cords in their throat.
If you Mix your Chest Voice or Diaphragm with your Head Voice it makes your Singing Voice Loud Forceful and Less strain on the throat. breath correctly and you will become a Belter just like me or Mariah Carey, Beyonce Knowles or Freddie Mercury or Mary J. Blige.
Another frog in its own throat
If you have no voice, rest your vocal cords by minimizing talking and avoiding whispering, as this can strain them further. Hydrate well with water or warm fluids to soothe your throat. Consider using a humidifier, steam inhalation, or throat lozenges to help relieve any discomfort. If your voice loss persists for more than a few days, seek medical advice.
out of their throat and mouth?....

The trachea is located in the neck and chest area, running from the larynx (voice box) down to the bronchi in the lungs. It is a tube made of cartilage and is responsible for carrying air to and from the lungs during breathing.
