The evil Stewie clone does it in The Hand That Rocks the Cradle
No, Brian did indeed kill the evil sadistic clone but the 'Thriller' inspired ending was to indicate that there is still a little bit of evil in Stewie and he hasn't gone soft.
What clone? Fives, Rex, Echo and Cody are in it and as far as i know the other clone names are unown
Echo did not die in clone wars he showed up in season seven
If you're talking about the episode 'We Love You, Conrad' (UK Season 8/US Season 7), in which the following conversation takes place - Stewie: So, did you break up with Lauren? Brian: No, I didn't. As a matter of fact, she's coming over for dinner tonight. Stewie: Say whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? - then it's just a humorous way of saying "Say what?" that I'm guessing isn't referencing anything. It's been used on Family Guy before; Peter is drawing on the glass of an octopus' tank with a permanent marker to make it look like the octopus has a comical expression. He says: "And I'm going to draw one eyebrow raised so it looks like he's saying 'Say whaaaaaaaaaaat?'" Hope this helps! :D I believe Seth use the "Say What" from a tv show that use to be on MTV called "Clone High" where Ghandi would say "Say What" just like stewie did in this episode. I could be wrong

Yes, they can. Even though all clone troopers have the same face, they all have different personalities and skills. There was one episode in the Clone Wars show called "The Deserter." In that episode, Rex found a deserter clone who was married and had 2 kids.
Echo did not die in clone wars he showed up in season seven
Season 1, Episode 10.
There were a lot of Gran senators in Star Wars, even in the Clone Wars show. For some reason, Gran senators have a tendency to get themselves assassinated. The one that appeared in Episode 1 was Aks Moe. The one in Episode 2 was Ask Aak. In the Clone Wars show, it was Senator Kharrus that appeared in Episode #12. And the one the Duros bounty hunter killed in Episode #22 was Senator Philo
Yes & No. Versions of Stewie have died on the show. There was an evil version accidentally created by one of Stewie's inventions that had to be killed.Another clone died of natural causes when his cellular makeup started to degrade. There was an alternate version of Stewie created via a transporter that was shot in the head in Vegas. He killed a time travelling version of himself that tried to warn him about blowing up the life guard tower.
