I was wondering the same thing! I love that song. I tried to find it with no luck, but I'm pretty sure it was the scene of the first day when Edward was glaring at Bella in Biology. That, or the scene meant to take place the first week of school when edward had not shown up and the scene was silent shots of his empty seats with "Eyes on Fire" as background music.
