Dr. Robotnik says "pingas" in a scene from the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon where his catchphrase is mispronounced. This became an internet meme due to the bizarre nature of the line delivery.

It is derived from the episode "Boogey Mania", when Scratch and Grounder were caught "snooping as usual" by the doctor himself. YouTube user Stegblob noticed the "pingas" in the phrase, and used it in his YouTube Poop, entitled "YouTube Poop: Robotnik has a Viagra Overdose".

Personally, I think it sounds hilarious the ways Robotnik says it.
