Bella says "Bonjourno"... Bonjourno is like saying "Goodmorning" or "Hello".
Esme replys by saying "Moltobene"... She is saying "Very good".
Actualy, its spelled Molto buona but Esme pronounces it moltobene but yes it means very good.
As far as I could tell, she didn't have an accent. She was originally from Arizona, and then moved to Washington; neither of those places have a specific accent associated with them.

In my opinion, Kristen Stewart was just ok in Twilight. I don't think she is a very good actress when it comes to more romantic roles like Twilight, but I've seen a few of her movies in the past where she played a more shady role, like Speak. Some people think that Kristen Stewart sucks as Bella, some people say that she is a great Bella.
"I like a beautiful girl. Can you speak Italian?" is an English equivalent of the Italian phrase Mi piace una bella ragazza. Puoi parlare italiano? The two sentences translate literally to English as "To me is pleasing a (one) beautiful girl. Can you speak Italian?" The pronunciation will be "mee PYA-tchey OO-na BEL-la ra-GAT-tsa pwoy par-LA-rey EE-ta-LYA-no" in Italian.
