In the Craft Sarah says 'Chris and Ray are dead' but who is Ray?

I don't remember a character named Ray, either, but when I checked the imdb (internet Movie DataBase) entry for the film, in the "Full Cast and Crew" section it says that a guy named John Kapelos played the uncredited role of Ray. Perhaps scenes with him were cut? I also checked the Trivia section, and the Goofs section, but it didn't say anything about it.
I have the DVD, so I will try skimming through the movie to see if and when the character Ray appears, and/or what else is said about him, and then I will edit this answer.
Edited to add: Ray is Nancy's (Fairuza Balk's) stepfather. Nancy magically causes him to have a heart attack and die.

I've played Resident Evil countless of times, and I don't recall a Dead Dog. But if you're referring to the Infected Dogs, you can find them in the level where the trains are. Ya' know the level where Chris says, "Sheva, do you know where the mines are?"
