Actually this part is really easy if you mean the sealed door to the left, away from the sub-level door. What you have to do is find/kill all the lost jedi, and after that then he door is supposed to be opened. SPOILER!!! SPOILER!!! SPOILER!!!-------------------------------------------------------------- When the door is opened then you will meet the jedi/only Kreia inside and talk to them/her. When all of your questions are answered, Kreia will come and kill the jedi for trying to sever the exile's connection to the force. Or if you killed all the jedi, she will knock you down and go to Malachor V/ Telos hidden academy. Can't remember.
