By including in his description details about Jack's appearence, behaviour and discomfort. Examples might be... "Then dog-like, uncomfortable on all fours yet unheeding his discomfort..." "... and his bare back was a mass of dark freckles and peeling sunburn." "They were bright blue, eyes that in his frustration seemed bolting and nearly mad."
The hunting party sobs, and feels grief.
Golding subtly portrays Jack's group as the heathen by, starting with the death of Simon, showing that they base everything they do upon their own needs or desires. they show no interest in how violent they are being, or even in the needs of others. all the tribe members do what they do because of the chief, and the chief does all he does for either food, survival, or revenge on Ralph.
El Angolo Hunting enclosed land was created in 1975.
To quote directly from the book... 'They looked at each other, baffled, in love and hate." I doubt that there are any homosexual inferences in Golding's choice of the word 'love.' I think that he was simply referring to the fact that each of the boys admired the other. Ralph admired Jack's self confidence and hunting skills but resented that Jack went off enjoying himself, hunting pigs, while Ralph was left virtually alone to build the much needed shelters. Jack admired Ralph's easy manner and popularity but he also resented the fact that Ralph was the leader when he felt that the position rightfully belonged to himself. The bafflement resulted simply from their inabilty to see each others viewpoints.
He tells Ralph that sometimes when he is hunting alone he feels as though he is no longer the hunter but that something behind him is hunting him. Which was your mom. ha ha just kidding.
It is about you and the Frogzard hunter hunting Frogzards.

Golding uses vivid descriptions of Jack's physical actions, facial expressions, and dialogue to convey his emotions in Chapter 8. Through these details, readers can infer Jack's feelings of power, aggression, and dominance as he becomes increasingly obsessed with hunting and control on the island.
When Jack returned from hunting in "Lord of the Flies," he brought back a pig carcass as proof of his hunting skills. This helped boost his status among the boys and led to a growing division between Jack's group and Ralph's group. The arrival of the pig also symbolized the increasing savagery on the island.
