I would say neat casual, but some people go for the whole dress thing, so it's really up to you!
A good suggestion, in my opinion would be to go in a Phantom of the Opera inspired dress, considering it was a good play and movie, the irony would be perfect.
During school today, the principal of Wardlaw Hartridge school in Edison NJ announced that Bobbi Christina attended the school. She used a "fake" name. She was very involved with school plays and when Whittney passed, the school had a moment of silence.
The Famous Flames were James Brown's singing group. They were vocalists, NOT backup musicians, as is commonly believed. James Brown was the group's lead singer. The other members were Bobby Byrd, (the group's founder , and the man credited with the discovery of James Brown), Bobby Bennett, Lloyd Stallworth (also known as "Baby Lloyd",the youngest member) , and Johnny Terry. James Brown assumed leadership of the group after Byrd's departure (Byrd would , of course eventually return) Although these men comprised the definitive lineup of the group, the original members were Byrd, Terry, Sylvester Keels, NaFloyd Scott, and Nash Knox. Brown and Terry joined shortly thereafter, replacing Keels and Knox. The group's first hit, in 1956, was the million-selling Please Please Please. This group only lasted for three sessions before disbanding. For about two years, members came and went , until the lineup finally stabilized in 1958, with Brown, Byrd, Stallworth, and Bennett. This lineup lasted a full ten years, 1958-68 ...with Terry coming in and out of the group during this period as a substitute and occasional fifth member. James Brown & The Famous Flames recorded numerous hit records between 1958-1964, including "Try Me" , "Think", "Bewildered" , "I'll Go Crazy","Good Good Lovin' ", "I Don't Mind" , "This Old Heart", "Three Hearts In A Tangle", "Oh Baby Don't You Weep", and many more. When James Brown abandoned Rhythm and Blues , and moved his musical style towards Funk, The Flames were used less and less on record, and after 1964, the songs focused only on Brown, Byrd, and the members of his James Brown Band,a separate entity from The Famous Flames. The Flames continued to tour for 4 more years with Brown, but finally disbanded in 1968, due to complaints over non-payment of royalties. Despite this, The Famous Flames were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012, some 27 years after lead singer James Brown's solo induction in 1986.

no because it should match.and brown doesn't go with brown
No literally not. Why would they dress wired? They are the wonderful creatures and must dress adorable.
i would suggest a white tux with a brown vest and tie. or you both can go all brown, and have him get a brown tux. but my suggestion would be the white.
Black would go great, or a dark brown.
That would be explained in the school handbook under dress code.
Blue, pink or yellow would be a great colour dress to suit your hair.
well, every girl can pull a simple black dress, i suggested just above the knee (tan lines can be rather obvious with a short dress) TAN PEOPLE DO NOT DO RED. if your going for a weddingy type dress i would try a brown dress. and if you a have a good figure you can make a sort of tight strapless dress. casually i would suggest a cashmere dress above knee with black tights(wollen cause its winter where i live) remember that brown dress has to be darked than your hair.
The person in question would be referred today as "old school." or a "by the book" type. FYI: AF personnel wore brown service dress shoes until the mid 1970's.
brown boots and a yellow headband with a flower on it
that is not a cute color
I would try pairing a chocolate brown dress with lemon yellow hued kitten heels.
a formal dance is like a school dance . But you would dress up nicer then you would for a school dance.
