nope yes she does at the final ep there was an evil girl who wanted to kill inuyasha and inuyasha got tied up he couldn't move so kagome shot an arrow but later that evil girl shoots kagomes arrow at inuyasha but kagome saved him and she died with the arrow in her back.

When she's 18, a portal opens to the feudal era again, and she finds InuYasha again and decides to stay in that world with him, and marries him.
