The year the game starts is 3 BBY (Wookieepedia, again), so Galen was likely around 16 years of age in the beginning.
As for the age he was when he was kidnapped by Vader, Wookieepedia has Galen's father dying in the year 18 BBY, making Galen about one when Vader took him. This I find very unlikely since he clearly looked at least 5 in the prologue but make of it as you will.
