However, of course as much feelings as they have towards eachother each have different goals they have to complete before they get closer into a romantic relationship. Ashitaka wants to rebuild Iron Town (but still visit San) while San still doesn't fully trust humans and still wants to guard the forest (and visit Ashitaka.) In conclusion, let's just say they have enough feelings for eachother to have a relationship and possibly marry, maybe San will be able to forgive humans one day. X-)
