Well, as Hagrid is mentioned in the Epilogue of The Deathly Hallows, he is still alive, since the Epilogue takes place in 2017. Giants are also known to live longer than humans, so being half-giant he should live for a long time. yay!

Rubeus Hagris was born on the 6th of December, 1928 according to the Harry Potter Wiki. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire takes place from 1994-1995 and therefore Hagrid would have turned 66 that December.
