Well good question. All I really know is that SpongeBob SquarePants was born July 14, 1986, so he would be 25 in 2011. So that's not really the answer. In the Secret Box episode SpongeBob complained that they've been friends forever and always will be friends forever, then they showed a picture of SpongeBob SquarePants & Patrick Star playing in a crib and looked about the same age. So I would say Patrick Star is around 25.
