Yusuke, Kuwabara, and Kurama(Shuichi Minamino) were around the ages of 16 at the beginning of the series. Hiei is a yokai and he hasn't reached "puberty", so his age is around 14-99. Youko Kurama is around the age of 319. At the end of the series Kurama(Shuichi Minamino), Kuwabara, and Yusuke are around 19. YUkina and Hiei are twins, so their ages are the same. Keiko has the same age as Yusuke, and Botan's age is unknown. Koenma's age I think is around 800, since he said he lived 50 times older than Yusuke has. Kuwabara's sister is around her 20's in the series. I don't know Genkai's exact age, but I think she's around 70 years old. I tried to list everyone of the major and minor characters but I think I missed a lot of them. Sorry!

In the anime series Yu Yu Hakusho, Botan does not end up with anyone romantically. Throughout the series, she serves as a guide and assistant to the main protagonist, Yusuke Urameshi, in his duties as a Spirit Detective. Botan's character focuses more on her role as a compassionate and knowledgeable guide rather than on romantic relationships.
