How murderer of Stephanie crowe got in house?

The Escondido police got a 911 call from the people who live across from them. They share the same drive way. The caller said that some crazy wild looking guy was at their house and was saying "let me see your daughter, I want to see your daughter", they told him to leave and he walked off down the drive way, which is about a quarter of a mile from the Crowe house. There are no other houses on that side of the road. About 15 min.s later a cop car drove up to the house that called 911, then drove down the drive way and to the Crowes house. He had all of his lights on and did not see anyone on the way there, but he did see the door to the Crowes house was open and then it slowly shut. The Crowes where all in bed at that time. So it was most likely Tuite that was closing the door. If the cop would of got out of his car and checked it out Stephanie would most likely be alive today.
