The books never specify exactly how much money Harry has in his bank account. However, it was implied that his parent's left him a fairly hefty sum of money. Per Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Sirius Black also left what remained of the Black family fortune to Harry after he died, again implying that Harry would have a good amount of money in his Gringotts account.
I believe it is the Noble Collection or maybe even the WB Shop that sells Gringotts coins... and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Diagon Alley has a place where you can buy Gringotts bank notes with muggle money. You are able to use this money around the WWoHP park.
