Well this may give you an idea. This was taken from a local newspaper article about OCC in 2004.
In 2004, Senior figures, the Choppers have grossed approximately $40 million, and total revenue, since all this started, is approaching $100 million.
That is 8 years ago, so the answer is that they made an incredible amount of money. My guess is that a large percentage is from the sale of clothing and other products. Vinnie and Rick also became millionaires. Paul Sr. and Jr. made the lions share and Mikey is also a multi-millionaire. The show has been cancelled for the second time. If they all have half a brain they will not have financial worries again.

The Teutul v Teutul civil has been dismissed and disposed from the court system. The Teutul's settled the lawsuit when Paul Sr bought Paul Jr's 20% share of Orange County Choppers. On the episode that aired, the duo shake hands and Paul Sr tells his son that he hopes there will be a healthy level of competition between the Orange County Choppers and Paul Jr. Designs. It was settled out of court so no public records on the amount, some people are throwing numbers out but I doubt they are accurate. Plus it's really nobodies business. Unless you get a number from the actual parties involved I would consider any other answer pure internet bullpoop from someone who doesn't have any idea what the amount was
