Too Many Stars... Season 3 Episode 5
Because the twins had to move on and got a little old!
Onegai twins near the end Karen finds a diary (episode 11), from the mother. saying she is the real sister, then tells Maiku and Miina, Miina runs away, and Maiku finds her, they kiss and start from there. But if you watched the very last episode til the end Maiku says that he and Miina are really twins and i figured it was tht too since looking carefully in the baby picture the hair is orange under the hat. The anime was pretty confusing and a little screwed yo he wanted to do them and he wasnt sure who was the relative, T___T they repeatedly said "We could be relatives, or strangers" on the other hand it wuz pretty entertaining.
