At minimum 3. There is footage out there of three takes. One in the BTS doc, one in the blooper reel and one in the actual movie.
However, for visual comedy it's not unusual for many takes to get it looking just right. There is also footage of her rehearsing just the reaction of the wedgie. Also she is clearly wearing different panties in the blooper and BTS takes. I would guess they did more than 3, maybe like 10, with some underwear changes in between. Bet that was a fun day for her.
