I highly doubt that.... I don't even think its an anime in japan. but the author has already made many mangas and has an anime called Azumanga Daioh. Its in English too. The manga hasn't been made into an anime yet. The author, Kiyohiko Azuma, has stated that Yotsuba probably wouldn't work well as an anime.
It is really hard to find similar anime's to other anime's I've looked that up many times and yet still no answer.
