Yes, they do. No matter how lavishly decorated, or how many people come to worship inside it, all Gurdwaras serve the same purpose. They are all places for Sikhs to go to worship and show respect to the Guru Granth Sahib. How much money you spend on building one, or how many people travel across the world to visit one does not make a difference, Gurdwaras are there to be worshipped in, they are NOT just for decoration.

Part of the youth is involoved in Gurdwaras and much more and a small part does not care much about going to Gurdwara's. Some also believe that there is no need of going to Gurdwaras because you can pray at home and God will still be with you.
