Robert Palmer had two children in the eighties with his second wife, Susan, a son born in 1980 and a daughter born in 1981. Robert Palmer had no other children after 1981.

Although all of Robert Palmers' five children are doing well, they do not provide extraneous information about their private lives to the general public. If part of your question is where they actually reside, that information is also kept private.
Bearing in mind that the late Robert Palmer was a public figure his children are not, and they therefore are not beholden to divulge sensitive details regarding their private lives publicly.
Any information they choose to provide will be done so at their individual discretion, and they have made it crystal clear that they highly value their privacy, so it is unlikely that they would make any of their information public.
What is known is that only one of the late Robert Palmers' children is a musician, although not well known, and that his other four children preferred to remain in the private sector.
