Very few is the answer. I am proud to be co-creator and writer of one of them - an ITV kids' sitcom called MIKE & ANGELO, which achieved an astounding 123 episodes. Rival TV executives always hated the show, but luckily the audience loved it for being breezy and cheesy with just a dash of intelligence. As a result, between 1987 and 2000 MIKE & ANGELO was seldom off the air with a regualr audiencs over over 5 million - unimaginable figures now. MIKE & ANGELO was eventually replaced by a sitcom with a near-identical premise called MY PARENTS ARE ALIENS, which had higher production values and many more writers involved, but which for all its plaudits failed to make it to the magical 100.
