In the Army, it's E4 (Specialist). Prior service personnel, or persons with a four year college degree are able to enlist with this rank/grade. However, once you report to your unit, you still may be made subordinate to a lower ranking person who has put their time in. With one or two years of JROTC, you can go in as a Private-2 (PV2/E2). With three or more years of JROTC, or if you were an Eagle Scout, you can go in as a Private First Class (PFC/E3). This does not mean that you'll be promoted to the next pay grade faster than your peers, however, and you're most likely to see that, if you went in as a Private First Class, for example, the people who went in as basic Private (E1) will be promoted to Specialist just as quickly as you are.
In poliomyelitis, polio viruses with 3 different serotypes have been identified. These are classified by their capsid protein differences in PV1, PV2, and PV3.

I believe the website your are referring to is the Future Soldier website. There you will use your AKO login and password, that is the site in which you go through all the training modules. However, you will still have to go before the Recruiting Company Commander and preform all the tasks on the Basic Training Task List (BTTL) and he/she is the final approving authority for the promotion to E-2 PV2 Private 2nd Class.
