Well, Panam really isn't a real place in North Anerica. And the Hunger Games don't exist. Katniss, Peeta, Gale, Prim, Cato, Effie, Clove, Thresh, Cinna, Venia, Glimmer, Foxface, Marvel, Gloss, Haymitch, and many more are only make believe characters that Suzanne Collins brought to life threw the book "The Hunger Games!"
