After there mudereus vaction to Jamacia Aria murdered an inocent girl named Tbitha thought to be Ali.Later learing that Tabitha and Ali had both went to the mental instututioin and had be freinds. The girls assume that Ali is alive, seeing blond flashes of hair and giggles, not to mention the text messages that only Ali would know. So in my opionion I think Ali is still alive and determined but the only way to find out is to read the final books of the seris.
